June 2013

Bush Hall Music - Bespoke Quickbooks set up and Accounting London W12

A visit to Shepherds Bush West London for some bespoke training on Quickbooks for Bush Hall for their new Restaurant Bush Hall Dining - A fantastic little venture and an some help and advice on their existing business Bush Hall Music - a great music venue where everybody who is anybody in the music biz has played in the past. 

I was asked to assist in the setting up of the accounting system for the new business and also advise on the payroll system and the reporting for the Music business. A great day and I was treated to complimentary lunch too.. What a great job I have !

June 2013  Dapper Pet Products - Quickbooks online Training North Weald Essex

I visited to provide training for the Quickbooks Online version running on Apple Macs we went through the Quickbooks Basic Training course in a day and left Katherine and Dan feeling much more confident.

Dapper Pet Products is a great little business that supplies the retail market with a great range of Dog Collars and Leads and I was lucky enough to be given a pretty pink Dog collar for our Yellow Lab!. Thanks Katherine !

June 2013 Blackthorn Good Neighbours - Blackthorn Northampton Training in Quickbooks

I visited Blackthorn community and childrens centre a really worthwhile charity for Quickbooks Training for the Finance officer and Accountant to let them know how they can get the information they need for their accounts to report for a charity and to give them some formal training on quickbooks where as up to now they have been self taught. Clients often find that there is so much more to Quickbooks when they are shown at what it can do it can often save time on their existing procedures.

June 2013 Quickbooks Training Unison Eastern Region Chelmsford

Unison is a leading Trade Unions with many thousands of members. They use Quickbooks for part of their business and called on me to assist them in getting the best out of their Quickbooks Pro product by some up to date training. Quickbooks 2013 is updated regularly and without regular and frequent training its easy to be left behind .

May 2013 Ream Partnership Quickbooks RTI Payroll Training Enfield

A refresher course for Quickbooks payroll to  Ream Partnerhship previous client to make sure they are fully familiar with RTI  and the way Quickbooks handles this. RTI is the biggest change in PAYE since the 1940s. As expected there have been some teething problems so its important to know what you need to do to ensure you are fully RTI compliant .

May 2013 The Beatles Coffee Shop Update Quickbooks from 2006 to 2013 Abbey Road London 

The Beatles coffee shop has been a client since it opened many years ago and there's absolutely nothing that Richard doesn't know about the fab four. I visited to supply and  install the latest version of Quickbooks as their version hadn't been updated for some time.

May 2013 Lifebox Organisation London W1 Support with Year End Quickbooks 

A second visit to Lifebox organisation a charity that is doing so much to save lives through their amazing Lifebox. I visited to assist them with their year end through Quickbooks.

I do a lot of work with charities Quickbooks is especially suitable for charities through the use of the classes section.

May 2013 Quickbooks Training London West End for the Orchid Project

The Orchid Project are leading the way in trying to stamp out the barbaric practice of female cutting. A small charity based just off Oxford Circus they use Quickbooks for their accounting I was able to provide training to them on Quickbooks which was relevant to them and their charity so they can concentrate on raising awareness and funds .
